Bruce Jones

Bruce has a B.A. (hons. degree) in Fine Art/Film, from Guelph and York Universities. He is a professional potter with many years of experience and has shown his work throughout Ontario and Quebec in exhibitions such as: 1001 Pots, Val David, QC., Salon des métiers d’art du Québec, Montréal, Fusion Pottery and Glass Sale, Toronto, Ottawa Guild of Potters Sale and Exhibition, and the Burlington Art Centre. Bruce has won awards for his work and has been an instructor at the Glebe Community Centre since 2005. He was the webmaster for the Ottawa Guild of Potters  www.ottawaguildofpotters.ca from 2000 – 2010 and has run www.pottersweb.net  since 2000. He will be joining the Gloucester Pottery School team of instructors and looks forward to sharing his expertise with his students from the Fall of 2011. His own work can be seen at www.brucejones.ca
