Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any program or activity due to inclement weather or low enrollment. A service fee will be imposed for all returned checks and could result in refusal of future participation. A service fee will be applied to all refunds and withdrawals with the exception of those due to program cancellation or medical/illness. A doctor's note to be provided. Refunds will be credited to your account unless otherwise requested. No processing fee will be charged.
If a refund is requested, a Processing Fee of $25 will apply to all refunds, whether by cheque or credit card. Refunds will be processed within 21 days of the receipt of the Refund Request Form. If the second class has elapsed, no refund or credit on account will be offered. All requests must be made prior to second class and refund will be minus admin fee $25 and 1st class fee.
There are no refunds or credits for private lessons. For admissions and purchases of goods, refunds will be processed at the Facility with proof of purchase. In the event that the Shenkman Arts Centre Arts Partners must cancel a program or registration, a full refund will be provided. Should a class or lesson be cancelled, every attempt will be made to re-schedule.
