Adult Handbuilding Classes
Introduction to Handbuilding and Wheel – $224
Introduction to wheel and handbuilding is a great place to start for the beginner. It covers several pottery techniques including working on the potter's wheel and hand building using coils, slab and pinch methods of building. Projects include making pinch pot whistles, coil built bowls, slab-built vases with texture, cylinders on the wheel and a mug with a handle. It also covers glaze and slip decorating. This course is also great for those who have only worked on the wheel and would like to incorporate hand building into their work.
