Covid 19 Class Policies

In the event of a provincially or Ottawa Public Health mandated closure occurring prior to the start of the course, you will be given the choice of a full course credit on your account or a full refund for your class. If the closure occurs once the course is in progress, you will be given the choice of a pro-rated course credit or refund for the remainder of your classes. We will waive our administrative fee for courses cancelled due to a provincial or Ottawa Public Health mandated closure.

If we have to cancel a single class of your course due to an Ottawa Public Health Covid closure of the Shenkman Arts Center, we will extend your course by 1 week to make up the class. If the make-up date at the end of the session does not fit the student’s schedule we will offer make up glazing sessions that they can sign up for. (*glazing class is the last class of each course).
