Hello Students and Parents!
Unfortunately, our Winter session is faced with another lockdown effective this Saturday April 3 for at least 28 days. Please do not worry about your pots, we will take good care of them and make sure you don’t lose anything! We are sad that our studio will be empty for the next 4 weeks – we love having all of you creative people here making beautiful pots, and we can't wait until we can welcome you back.
We will address the needs of each class depending on where you were in your curriculum and what care your pots require.
For classes on Monday to Thursday: you will be missing your final class - the glazing. All of your pots will be bisque fired and ready to be glazed when we reopen. At this moment we do not have the exact details ready for you in terms of when this will be, but we will update you when we do.
For classes Friday to Sunday you are missing your last clay class (trimming or project-making) and the glazing class. We will address your remaining classes in a second email in the next few days as we finalize our plans but please do not worry about your existing clay pieces – we will make sure they are cared for.
We are working as quickly as we can and will update you as soon as we have more information to share.
Thank you for your patience and stay safe everyone!
