Glazing Session - Wed Feb 21 @ 10am-12pm Session d'émaillage - mer 21 février 10h00-12h00 ​ English / Anglais Wednesday/Mercredi 10:00 AM 12:00 PM 02/21/2024 ​ 40 Register – Inscrire An opportunity for experienced active students who have taken at least one full session including glazing at Gloucester Pottery School to come and glaze the bisqueware they could not complete during class. There is no instructor for this session. Additional glaze firing fees per pot will be tabulated and payment taken at the end of the session. Limit of 6 clients at a time during each 2 hour block. Please note our glazes are specifically formulated to be used with our own clay bodies in our own kilns. Pots made from clay purchased outside of our studio will not be permitted. Class duration 2.5 hours for 6 consecutive weeks. The student will cover the basic techniques for the beginner. You will first learn the art of centering the clay which will allow you make different pot shapes. Trimming a foot onto a pot and surface decoration is covered. Materials included. No prerequisite is required. Ages 16 to adultCe cours est une introduction en profondeur du cours sur le tour. La durée du cours est de 2,5 heures pendant 6 semaines consécutives.
